Gentle Yoga - All Levels
Tuesdays
9:30 - 10:30 AM Class available via Zoom and YouTube A variety of seated, kneeling, standing and supine poses with gentle flowing movements for strength, stretch and increasing balance with breath control and mindfulness. A full-spectrum class includes yogic breathing, gentle sun salutation practice, strength building, muscle lengthening, core balance and relaxation. Sliding scale $7-10. Yin and Flow Yoga

9:00 - 10:30 AM This 90-min yoga experience is like a mini-retreat with lots of options to help you find your own best practice. Intended to emphasize stress-reduction and grounding with the elements, Yin and Flow supports your sense of calm and inner peace. Pre-registration is required - Contact Alia to reserve your class. We practice with maximum of 6 participants in a 26-ft tipi lodge for safe spacing and healthy ventilation with a live fire for heat source. Wearing winter layers is encouraged in cold weather. Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is an accessible practice open to all bodies, ages and abilities. A variety of seated stretches, flowing movements, and optional standing balance poses help to build and retain strength in core muscle groups. A great practice for those who are advanced in age or those who spend a lot of time working/studying while seated. Learn how to keep your body strong, your breath deep, and your mind clear and agile. |

I have been enjoying private yoga sessions with Alia for a couple of months now. The private sessions have been beneficial as I learn how to correctly hold poses and breathe.
